Shipping & Delivery
The shipping is provided free of charge. The items are shipped out next business day following your order and will be delivered to your selected address:
- EU/UK - within one business day after shipping out
- US/Canada/Australia & rest of the world - within two business days after shipping out
We are using DHL Express as the shipping provider. You will be able to track your shipment, get notifications about where your shipment is and when it will be delivered.
Due to high demand and global situation lead times are higher than usual. Special pricing will last until we are fully stocked again. All orders will be shipped out in the order we receive them.
Customs duties, taxes and import fees
We ship from Estonia (European Union).
- US: Orders up to 800 USD can be imported from EU to US with no additional customs charges or taxes.
- EU/UK: The prices displayed on the site include VAT, no additional taxes apply. Please contact customer support at email@example.com if you require VAT free invoice for your business.
- Australia: Orders up to 1000 AUD / ~ 650 USD can be imported from EU to Australia with no additional customs charges or taxes.
- Canada: There is no customs tax when importing from EU to Canada but it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the customs clearance fees and GST/HST/PST as specified by the receiving province or territory.
- Other countries: It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs duties/taxes/clearance fees as set by the receiving country.

You have the option to pay using PayPal or with a Credit Card.

Payment Currencies and Exchange Rate
The prices on the site are displayed in US Dollars. You have the option to pay either in US Dollars or in your local currency.
In case US Dollars is not your credit cards currency:
- You will be able to see the non-US-dollars order total during checkout on our Credit Card payment processors - 2checkout - website. The price in the local currency is based on the EU Central Bank's interest rate. The same foreign exchange rate applied to your purchase will be applied in the event of a return, so you get back what you paid - even if the exchange rate has changed.
- If you choose to pay in US Dollars then your home bank/credit card provider will charge for the exchange rate as per their rules and the returns are handled in US Dollars using the amounts specified in the order.
We allow "no questions asked" returns in 30 days from the day of delivery. Well, we do ask - the reason for return - as a general product feedback question. You will be able to try out the product and in case it does not work with your blinds or shades or you do not like it for some other reason then we take it back and refund your order in full. We also provide free shipping for the returns. There is very high chance that the product is compatible with your shades though - the product is being used on thousands of blinds on daily bases, it has very low return rate and we have tested it internally with numerous types and variants of blinds and shades so we suggest to turn to our free customer support in case you get into trouble or have any questions while installing it, we are happy to help! Warranty of the product is 1 year. We provide free shipping in case the product needs to be repaired or replaced.
